All order's ship via PRIORITY Mail 1-3 day ESTIMATED postal delivery, according to USPS guidelines.
**NOTE**Once approved all order's are shipped within 24 hours of receiving approval!
24 hours allows for printing and packaging time on our end.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
As all of our products are personalized cards, we do not offer refunds. We do require print approval, on ALL order's prior to printing, to insure we are not responsible for print errors.
Cancellations are kindly honored when there has been error on our end.
We provide the following options:
Completion of your original invitation purchase.
Option to use as a thank you card if you are in fear of cutting close.
A credit with our company for future use.

Do we crop/edit photo's?
Yes we crop and provide minor editing to all photo's. We prefer original digital photo files for best quality. We accept any type of photo file: jpg, gif, bmp, etc.
Do we allow customized wording?
YES! All customized wording is welcomed. We do however ask that you keep in mind actual size of card; as we do want your guests to be able to read text:)
Where and how do you submit text and photo?
Upon purchase you will receive an email with order instructions asking for text details and photo(s). Once we receive a reply, we wil email a proof for approval or changes. It is a very SIMPLE and FAST process.
Don't settle for less - yes, you may find other designers selling digital files for less, but when you add in the envelopes (at least $5 IF you can even find envelopes), and the possibility of less than ideal printing... you will come to the conclusion that you really aren't saving money at all!
Printing: Our cards are printed at a professional printing facility on professional photo paper. The announcements/cards look and feel like an actual photograph.
How it works: After you purchase, we will email order instructions; requesting all the info & pictures. We will then send a proof for approval & if necessary make revisions if needed.
Photo's: Photos are the most important part of the card. We will do our best to enhance your photos to make them look their best. We can airbrush baby acne, scratches, etc. We can adjust brightness, colors. We can convert to black & white or sepia. Wecan even do selective coloring if you wish.
Process time: Once payment & information and photos are received, you will receive a proof via email within 48 hours. Please know that even a small revision (changing a font) requires process time to open files, save files, save proofs, add watermarks, email, etc. So, please understand that even small revisions are processed in the order in which they are received. Once approved, cards will be printed and shipped within 24 hours...Which allows printing and packaging time.
RUSH: We usually can not process rush orders, to do so would mean pushing back the process time of other orders, which, to us, isn't fair. Please know that printing and shipping time can not be rushed. We do not print at a local drugstore, so same day printing is not an option. We can ship EXPRESS, which is an additional $15.
Approval Process: Once you receive the proof, you can either approve it or ask for a correction or revision if necessary. If a revision or a correction is requested, a new proof will be sent within 24 hours
